AQUATIC CENTERS Derby Aquatic CenterThis Aquatic Center was a great addition to the Parks and Recreation Department in Derby, Kansas. The large complex includes a competition pool, wading pool with water features, lazy river, and four water slides. Our services included mechanical and electrical designs for the filter building and power and lighting around the site. We provided designs for underwater and overhead lighting, power and control of pumps, and other miscellaneous power throughout the site. With any pool project, great care must be taken with how electricity is distributed and connected to pool equipment, site lighting, and other electrical loads.
