Shawnee County Aquatic Center

The Shawnee North Family Aquatic Center is an outdoor aquatic facility located near Topeka, Kansas.  It encompasses more than three acres and includes a new bathhouse and concessions facility to accommodate patrons enjoying the various water features on site.  Some of the highlights of the water attractions include three separate plunge/recreation pools, a sprayground and play structure, an eight lane lap pool and large lazy river. Opening in the summer of 2006, this new facility promises to provide the residents of Topeka and nearby communities a fun way to cool off during the hot Kansas summer.
