ASSISTED CARE Hoeger HouseThe Hoeger House project is a skilled nursing facility being built by the Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society at the Cedar Lake Village in Olathe, Kansas. This new 14,333 square foot building contains 17 living units, along with complete therapy and nursing facilities and living, dining, kitchen, and activity areas for tenant use. All mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components chosen for this project were selected to maintain a warm and inviting environment to ensure that tenants would feel at home in their spaces while still accommodating all special needs of the building occupants.
