Camdenton City Hall

The Camdenton City Hall is a multi-purpose building located on US HWY 54 in Camdenton, Missouri.  This new $2.1 million, 13,000 square foot facility contains a large City Council Chamber, administration offices, and meeting rooms on the first floor.  The Camdenton Police Department is on the lower level. 

The mechanical system consists of five packaged rooftop units with programmable thermostats to serve different zones throughout the building.  Each rooftop unit is equipped with hot gas reheat to provide a greater level of humidity control.  The lighting system in the administrative and meeting areas is predominantly fluorescent.  Specialty lighting in the City Council Chamber includes recessed quartz down lights with four levels of dimming, wall washers, decorative sconces and linear low voltage lighting to accent the dais.  A combination of directional metal halide up lights and decorative pendants provide both direct and indirect illumination in the atrium.  A 1,200 amp electrical service was brought into the building to serve the current and future electrical needs.  Provisions were made to accommodate a future emergency standby generator.
