Lawrence City Hall

This project was a multi-phase mechanical and electrical renovation of the City Hall building in Lawrence, Kansas. The existing rooftop units were replaced along with all VAV terminal units. As part of the HVAC renovation, existing areas were re-zoned to solve previous temperature problems. The electrical system was upgraded to account for the electric heat added to the VAV terminal units. In addition, new lighting fixtures were retrofitted to the existing lighting distribution system.
