Prince of Peace School Addition

Prince of Peace Catholic Church and School is located in Olathe, Kansas.  The 23,000 square-foot multi-story educational wing addition provided a welcome relief for growing enrollment needs as well as providing additional space for the anticipated future enrollment growth.  Also included in this project is a 1,700 square-foot concession and ground maintenance facility located across the parking lot and next to the football field.   The new ground maintenance facility features heated space for lawn and winter maintenance vehicles and includes a concession stand and restrooms.

The first and second floor features nine classrooms, including a large art room with kiln and a music room complete with library and office space.  The basement houses a dedicated central plant as well as storage for church operations and future meeting space.  The central plant system design provides DX cooling and heating hot water.   Infrastructure was provided to serve a future administrative addition.
