Lawrence Fire & Medical Station #5

The Lawrence Fire and Medical Station #5 includes a Fire Station with living quarters as well as City offices to replace overcrowding in the existing building.

The HVAC system features individual room control for the living spaces as well as sleeping rooms. The office area HVAC is a variable air volume system with electric terminal heating. The HVAC system includes constant volume units for two large community meeting rooms as well as a dedicated system for the server room.

The electrical systems include general power and lighting, complete data and phone wiring, fire alarm wiring, and special systems notification for the Fire Department. A natural gas emergency generator with emergency power distribution was provided.
