LOFTS/APARTMENTS/CONDOMINIUMS Jayhawker Towers A & DTwo complete 6-story 77,200 sq. ft. full MEP renovations of Tower A and Tower D. Both projects inlcluded replacing all domestic water supply, sanitary drain lines, and all new plumbing fixtures. Full replacement of all chilled/heating water piping and equipment including Fan Coils, High Efficency Boilers, and chillers. A heat recovery unit was added to bring fresh air to the building. All electrical distribution was replaced. Upgrades included a wet-pipe fire sprinkler system, and a fully addressible voice fire alarm system with emergency public address capabilities.
