HOTELS/RESORTS Windsor Court MEP InvestigationAs part of our services to Orient Express Hotels, Hoss and Brown Engineers, Inc. was retained to perform a mechanical and electrical study of the Hotel in conjunction with the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. After reviewing our initial report findings, Hoss and Brown Engineers, Inc was tasked to prepare two Request For Proposals to replace selected mechanical equipment and to install a temperature control system for the guest rooms. We are currently preparing to replace the 25 year old roof mounted cooling towers. In addition, we have been tasked with the mechanical and plumbing design for the Club Lounge renovation on the twenty second floor of the Hotel PREVIOUS | NEXT |
