Cedar Creek Campus C, Building 6

This 60,000 square foot speculative office building was constructed in the rolling hills and wooded lots of the Cedar Creek development in Olathe, Kansas.  The finishes and features of this building are very high level and this Class A facility has become home to a number of companies.

Special challenges included smoke control systems for the three-story atrium space while maintaining the desired aesthetics for this grand entry.
