Waterside Four

The Waterside Four Office building is a 3-story, 90,000 square foot office building located in the Southlake Office Park, Lenexa, Kansas. The building was constructed in 2001.

Mechanical systems include water cooled on-floor units consisting of supply fan and Dx refrigeration systems, roof mounted cooling towers and roof mounted outdoor air unit. Secondary air distribution includes fan powered VAV terminal boxes with electric heating coils.  The temperature control system is controlled by an integrated electronic DDC control system.

Electrical power is brought into the building to a central electrical equipment room, and distributed throughout building to electrical rooms on each floor.   Building also incorporates dual-feed fiber optic service and LAN/WAN connection capabilities to allow for connection to adjacent future buildings.

The buildings incorporate low emissivity building glazing, and a central lobby which is sky-lit on all three floors.
