Bass Pro Shops – Denver, Colorado

This project was a new retail store for Bass Pro Shops. The facility was delivered through a Design/Build method and is located in Denver, Colorado.

The mechanical system for the retail area is based on gas-fired, direct expansion roof top units sourced from a national account relationship. Included is a general office area served by a direct expansion, gas-fired roof top unit with VVT zoning controls. The boat service area is heated with gas-fired unit heaters.

The electrical system for the retail area includes point of sale power and data, as well as power for displays. The lighting is a combination of high intensity discharge display lighting and T5 fluorescent general retail lighting. A generator is installed for life safety systems, and designated owner requested power needs.
The lighting for the office and back of house areas is fluorescent fixtures equipped with energy efficient T8 lamps and solid state ballasts.

In addition, this store was provided with a large restaurant facility.
