LOFTS/APARTMENTS/CONDOMINIUMS Northgate ApartmentsNamed in Ingram's as one of the biggest projects and business deals of 2004, Hoss & Brown Engineers served as the sole mechanical and electrical consultant for North Kansas City's Northgate Village. With a total project cost in excess of 22 million dollars and having 433 dwelling units resting on 54 acres; the complex offers a number of different housing options for it's residents, ranging from 700 square foot studio apartments to 1200 square foot townhomes.
