Located in Chillicothe, Missouri, this $5 million renovation included converting the 50 existing living units into 32 apartments. The building includes a library, laundry facilities, conference rooms, and covered parking. The exterir and lobby of the hotel was restored to its original condition and appearance. This building is listed as a National Historic Site. |
