Salty Iguana Restaurant

This project was a tenant finish space within the Wakarusa Crossroads project in Lawrence, Kansas.

The mechanical systems include additional gas-fired, direct expansion roof top units, kitchen range hood ventilation, separate grease and non-grease drain waste and vent systems, exterior grease trap designed to city standards, and connection to owner-provided freezers and coolers.

The electrical systems include service upgrades to serve the restaurant equipment, kitchen equipment connections, and dining areas incandescent lighting and dimmer control systems.
