Moonlight Commons

This strip mall project was completed for a long-term client and is located in Gardner, Kansas.

The mechanical system is comprised of gas-fired heating, direct expansion cooling roof top units sized for generic tenants.  Each tenant space includes rough-ins for tenant restrooms.

The electrical system is arranged with individual tenant services and metering.  Each generic tenant space is provided with a dedicated 120/208 volt, three phase panel.  Minimal lighting was installed in unimproved spaces.
