Aspen Vet

This project is a new conditioned warehouse and office for Aspen Vet.  The facility was delivered through a Design/Build method and is located in Liberty, Missouri.

The mechanical system for the warehouse is a gas-fired air rotation unit complete with direct expansion cooling coil and remote air cooled condensing unit.  The project requirement included temperature gradients being made for pharmaceutical product storage. Also included in the project was a cold storage facility.

The electrical system includes a 277/480 service to support mechanical systems, production equipment power, and lighting. Separately derived 120/208 volt systems were provided to serve general power needs. The production floor lighting system was designed T5-HO fluorescent high bay fixtures.

Included is a general office area served by a direct expansion, gas-fired furnaces unit with VVT zoning controls. The lighting for the office area design is fluorescent fixtures equipped with energy efficient T8 lamps and solid state ballasts.
