As the consulting engineer for the design build team, Hoss and Brown Engineers Inc was responsible for the MEP design for several projects for this client.

This particular project was a new stand-alone facility for the development of new products.  In addition to office space for the scientists, the project consisted of methods and stability laboratory spaces, incubation rooms, fluid bed dryerrooms, ambient stability room, low humidity tablet press room, and material storage rooms.
